Simply use your normal fuel mixed with hydrogen generated in your own car through a process called electrolysis. The hydrogen HHO gas produced is then directed toward the engine's combustion chamber via the air intake manifold, where it mixes with your usual carbon-based fuels (petrol, diesel, LPG), and both are ignited. This allows your carbon-based fuel to burn better, increasing combustion efficiency and thus reducing fuel consumption and the amount of pollutants released in the exhaust. How will Hydrogen work in your engine?
Inside the engine, pistons move up and down rapidly, creating power for the car. When a piston goes down, it draws in fuel and air (Intake). When it goes up, it compresses the mixture (Compression), and the spark plug ignites it (Power). Ideally, an engine should fire the piston when it’s at the top of the combustion chamber. However, most engines fire slightly before the top and don’t burn the fuel completely. This leads to inefficiency, higher fuel consumption, and more pollution.
HHO gas does not provide more energy to the engine by itself but its presence, however, acts as a reformer. When HHO gas is added to the combustion chamber through the air intake manifold, it allows normal fuel to burn more completely and efficiently. This reduces emissions, increases engine power, and improves fuel efficiency, giving you more kilometers per liter.
Converting your car to an HHO supplemental fuel system is a reversible process. You can always revert it back to its usual fuel without any problems or decrease in value.
Experiments were carried out to evaluate the influence of adding HHO gas to the air in the intake manifold of a direct injection diesel engine. Research shows that the addition of HHO gas can improve the combustion efficiency process due to the different combustion properties of hydrogen compared to conventional fuels.
